Executive Secretary: Salvador C. Medialdea

Medialdea, like Duterte, also finished his law degree from San Beda College. He started his law career at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz (ACCRA) Law Offices. He joined the Ponce Enrile Cayetano Bautista Picazo & Reyes (PECABAR) Law Offices in 1983, where he was a partner until August 1990. He is now a partner in the law firm Medialdea Ata Bello Guevarra Suarez. He was appointed administrator of the Livelihood Corp. or LIVECOR from 1998 to 1999 and was Presidential Assistant for Political Affairs during the Estrada administration from 19 July 2000 to 31 October 2000.
