Department of National Defense: Duterte offered the post of defense chief to Gilbert 'Gibo' Teodoro, a cousin of President Benigno Aquino III. Teodoro was DND chief during the Arroyo administration. He was also Arroyo's candidate in the 2010 presidential elections. Teodoro met with Duterte on Monday (May 16) and said he would think about the offer. Mark Navales, AFP
